Commercial

Multiple commercial lots are available along Oak Tree Ln on the South Side of the development. These lots are a prime location with great interstate visibility, and less than a mile from the Dakota Dunes, SD exit ramp. The commercial lots will also have a water feature on the opposite side of the interstate to separate the commercial and residential lots. 

Currently the commercial portion of the development is one lot that will be can be split to the desire of the customer upon review.
